Join us at The Chapel on Sycamore for an intimate, candlelit sound journey. Together, we will honor the elements, turn inward, and tune into the heartbeat of the planet to access our own wisdom and internal healing intelligence.

We will create a container for you to allow the healing resonance of instruments like crystal bowls, yidaki (didgeridoo), djembe, gongs, tongue drum, and grounding bass elements to carry you into a state of deep relaxation & expanded awareness. 

Please bring everything you'd like to make a cozy nest for yourself. Many folks enjoy an eye mask, blanket, yoga mat, a pillow/bolster under the knees, and a small pillow under the head. 

Please arrive early so you can get settled in. Due to the nature of the event, the doors lock promptly at 6:25p
